Delivery Information

Although Estimated delivery times are provided, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times. During holiday periods, such as Christmas, lead times may be slightly extended. All items are self-assembly unless otherwise specified. Multiple orders eligible for free delivery will be delivered in one shipment, while split date deliveries will incur additional charges.

All items are delivered free of charge within England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding the postcodes listed in the "Suspended Delivery" section). We do not deliver to offshore locations, including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.

 

Regrettably, we are currently unable to deliver to the following postcodes: IV, PH, AB, DD, KY, PA20+, KA27, LL53, LL60+, TR, PL, TQ, EX, BT, FK8+, and PO31+. Please note that all customers will receive an email notification from our customer services team at sales@perfectbed.co.uk confirming the order and providing delivery timescales within 7 days of placing the order.

We offer FREE delivery to mainland UK. Additionally, we provide extra services such as room of choice delivery, assembly service, and removal of old beds and mattresses for an additional cost.

Delivery Time

All our products are delivered to your home within 5 - 10 working days.

Delivery Time Slot

Our delivery service operates between 7am and 8pm, seven days a week. Once your delivery date is confirmed, it is essential that you are available during these hours. The courier will contact you on the day, approximately 30-45 minutes before arrival. Please note that while we cannot guarantee the pre-call, we strongly advise customers to make necessary arrangements to ensure the property is occupied at all times on the day of delivery.

Delivery Date

Your delivery date will be sent to the contact number provided during checkout. The products will be delivered by a one-man delivery company. This means that the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. In the event of a missed delivery attempt, a charge of £70 will be incurred for redelivery.
